Ispection method As ultrafine powders were the complex mterial, it is important to appraise and character correctly the properties of ultrafine ZrO2 powder. We strictly inspec the quality of the products by the following methods and apparatus: 1.Using eyesight method inspects product's outside appearance, utilizing common visible light to observing the powder in a meter. 2.Using "100%-impurity content" method inspects product's purity. 3.Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS) inspects produt's%Fe2O3,%Na2O, %MgO according with GB 10724-89. 4.Using JY-38ⅡAES inspects proudct's %Y203 6.Using AgCl colorimetric method inspects product's %Cl-. 7.Using weight method inspects product's %H<sub>2</sub>O(110℃,1Hr)and ignition loss(1000℃,1Hr)according with GB6284-86. 8.Using laser particle sizer(0.05-300u) inspects product's average aggregate size(D50). 9.Using liquid nitrogen absorption method inspects product's specific surface area. 10.Using SEM and TEM, observe and inspects particle shape, size ang size distribution
